We started our boat search with Tim's Ford Powersports as total novices over the Labor Day holiday. We weren't sure how we'd be treated coming in with no boating knowledge and little experience. We could not have been more impressed with Marty Coe. Marty greeted us as soon as we came in and, after learning we were new to boating, was more than helpful in showing us our options. Within a short time we felt like we were on track to finding the right boat for us. We are excited about working with a local company who is interested in helping the next generation of boaters. I highly recommend giving Tim's Ford Powersports an opportunity to earn your business.
Nice place... but they still owe me a boat cover.. I've called numerous times to try to get them to send me one like they promised but still no cover... Lowe has them in stock... I'm disappointed... the guy said word for word " I promise, if you buy this boat, I'll have you a boat cover sent to your door"... six months later no cover still...
Marty Coe is one of the most honest, straightforward professional owners in the business. I've worked with Marty for several years in the past and his integrity, customer-centered focus is very admirable and if you ever do business with him once, you will be a customer for life. Awesome team of good folks.

Was told by the manager that I had they had 2 week backlog of service when I dropped my 2002 Yamaha off in June, 3 months later I picked my boat up unfinished. Never replaced the fuel filters and the Fuel sending unit, said they were waiting on the Yamaha vendor to deliver the parts. Ski deck upholstery vendor never contacted as requested, Trailer vendor never contacted to repair as requested. My keys were left in the on position when I picked my boat up, of course the battery was dead. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is that they did fix my console wiring. The rest I did myself when I got the boat back. This all after I just bought a new Bass Boat off them.
