I think she is a good doctor that is over worked. She misread information in my file during my visit, but was unwilling to listen when I told her it was incorrect. Communication was difficult with her, and I have been on the same meds successfully for 30 yrs. My psychiatrist RETIRED. I needed medication maintenance, it should have been easy. My 1st appt was to be 1/17/17, her office canceled & rescheduled for 4/10/17, her office canceled & rescheduled for 6/22/17. I recommend thinking long & hard before going here.
Once I got in to see her, her demeanor was argumentative and demeaning. I'm not sure what the deal is, but I can honestly say that I've never been treated any worse by a physician or any other provider, than I was treated by Dr. Fox.
I had a 9:00 appt. for a new patient. I wasn't seen until 2:45. I was told that having an appt. there is an all-day thing, every time. I understand running behind, but at 9 in the morning, surely you're not 5.5 hours behind!! And while I do appreciate that a doctor's time is money, the same goes for the rest of us humans.
I did report this to my PCP, as they referred me to her and said she was the best there is. They've now made note on their end.
Never. In. My. Life!! 8 hours for an appt.?? Unacceptable!!!! I give a 0.3 out of 5 stars.
The staff was excellent so nice above and beyond, BUT I waited for 5 hours and when i finally got to talk to dr Fox she was anything but great! She didn't listen, got mad at me when i would correct wrong information and ignored me, she talked over me and wanted me to explain previous diagnosis( i am not a psychiatrist) she was rude and had a better than you attitude! She even had the audacity to make a joke about my religion!! My review is to stay away, after my appointment I am more depressed and upset than i have been in a very long time. Don't was your time anything is better than this lady.
Dr. Fox is wonderful. Staff is very friendly and extremely patient.
Very professional, good listener, knowledgeable and accurate with diagnosis.
