The first few months they were at new location things were good but have went downhill as of late, counter staff is rude and half does job except for one in particular, couple of the nurses are great but my experience this evening has done me in and we will be looking for a different place to handle medical needs. If you advertise being open until 6 then you should accept patients until 6, I hauled tail from work and arrived at 5:25 with my 2 young sons who only need to be swabbed for strep and we were turned away, counter staff said they had 8 people in the back already but there were only 2 cars in the lot and 1 person was in the lobby. They were more concerned with leaving at 6 than the care of my children. Not a good way to lead a business at all.
DR NOLIN is a pretty cool character. He listens to you and he gives the best advice as to where you need to proceed with whatever your body needs in the pursuit of a better, fuller life. Again..thank you Mr Shon Nolin for your care and support!
The staff is horrible, called 6 times in a three week period. The staff said they would call me back, needless to say they never did. They gave me the run around. As a retired military veteran this is by far the worst service ever I have received at a doctors office. I would not recommend them to anyone with the curren staff. Never had a problem with the doctor but the staff is horrendous.
It was the most upseting apt ive ever had.I have severe neoropothy from diabetese im out of insoline and other medicines.that didnt gobe me.any medicine like insolin that keeps me alive told me to come back in two weeks I can.it believe the way I was treated and I will be filling a complaint to rhe medical reciew ofdice in nashvile
The NP Kelly Golden is awesome hands down one of the best. The office is horrible. I have waited 2 hours to see the doctor even with a appointment. Over the last few months the wait times have sky rocketed. I changed to a different office my new doctor requested my medical records over a week ago as of today they still have not received them. I am in meet of lab work that my new doctor can't do until they receive my medical records from this place. So I called them to find out why they have yet to send my records to be told they were behind on them. Never will I ever return to this place. Top complaint is they are extremely unorganized and always "behind"
