Extremely rude. Was told repeatedly over the phone that we had plenty of time and then when in person their jaw dropped and was shocked. They basically told me no way it was happening today. They will send me pictures of samples.
Awesome service, and beautiful arrangements
Absolutely horrid customer service. The so called "owner" is rude beyond belief. Sandra, who is actually an assistant manager, refused to accept responsibility for a poor arrangement. I paid over $60 for 6 roses. If you want quality arrangements look elsewhere.
I am so proud of Custom Design Florist and the move to their new location. It is a beautiful shop and GREAT talent. I would 100% recommend this florist. All the former employees have been replaced with a fresh new friendly and accommodating staff.
