Have known the owner for years. Have bought appliances and bedding from him.
This was our first experience with C&D Appliance and we were really disappointed. We had our dryer serviced and was told that the element needed to be replaced. After it was fixed, we used it twice, and it stopped working. My husband was able to determine that the heating element was broken and contacted C&D about getting it replaced. We were told that they did not warranty the parts but would be happy to replace it if we purchased another part from them. No thanks. We then asked if we could get their supplier information so we could contact the company about what was obviously a faulty part. We were told that they received their parts from different suppliers and could not be sure where it came. We felt like we got nothing but the runaround. Really unsatisfied with the experience and will NOT use this company again!
