The agent from Swafford NEVER showed up and DID NOT EVEN CALL. We made arrangements to meet the agent, Sharon at a property in Winchester. Mind you, We live an 1hr and 30min away and got to the property on time. I called her phone and the company's number several times. Got NO answer! We stayed in the area for 2 HOURS and ended up just having to go back home. Next day NO calls or apology from Swafford Property. Very disappointing and unprofessional!
