We went into John T’s for lunch and all enjoyed it a lot! The restaurant is cozy, casual and was decorated beautifully for Christmas. Our waitress was quick and friendly. The fried pickles were great and we all loved the pulled pork sandwiches we’d ordered. It was a ton of food for each of us! We will definitely go back. They also have a great option for take out where you can call ahead and pull up right in the back and they’ll bring your food right out. Definitely recommend!!

Sitting in the Square in Winchester TN, John T's is a landmark. That just so happens to have great BBQ. Try their BBQ pork sandwich with a slice of grilled pineapple.
This has become our "go-to" spot every time we visit Winchester. The BBQ pork and brisket are fantastic. I'm also a big fan of the white beans. The atmosphere is really fun and the staff is great. Highly recommended!
Even if you don't think this is the best barbeque you've had, you would be hard pressed to say you've dined in a barbeque establishment as nice as this one. We normally go in on the weekends with a medium to large sized group..let me tell you, the staff and management here take care of you. They decorate the joint up during the holidays, too, which I personally find to be a plus. If you're in the area or just passing through, make the time to stop by this place, and grab you a bottle of Sloppin' Sauce to take home. You won't regret it.
