the best hotel you can find... the staff is outstanding, great breakfast and if you have a problem they get it fixed right away. rooms are top notch. the manager Bruce is very helpful and friendly. do yourself a favor and visit it one time you will be back
Friendly staff, awesome full breakfast. Stayed 2 nights. Left for the weekend came back and was able to get the same room. Stayed 2 more nights. I will be trying other best western when traveling.
I'm surprised at the value of this hotel, which I assume was recently updated. Rooms are beautiful, clean and fresh looking. Bathrooms have nice fixtures and I love what you've done with the towel racks and rolled towels! Dual light switch wall plate with separate fan - love it. Breakfast included sausage gravy, biscuits, bacon, eggs, waffle grill and all the cold stuff... Cereal, bagels, cereal and also donuts (fresh) and danishes! Awesome!! Breakfast area is quaint and has a laptop"bar" where 8 people could simultaneously user their computers. Pool open 24/7!?!? Undeliverable. Highly recommend, will stay here again!!
Great and very clean hotel. Our suite, the lobby and the pool were all well taken care of! Breakfast was excellent. All the staff were kind and helpful. Highly recommend!
There are only two hotels in The Estill Springs/Winchester area of Tennessee. We were up for a Dear loved one's funeral and because others of our family had already booked at the other hotel we booked there too. Left after one night. This is the second time we have stayed at the Best Western in Winchester, TN. and we received outstanding service, professionalism and cleanliness both times!
