The lady at the counter has ripped my brother off on multiple occasions. I HIGHLY recommend staying anywhere else in winchester, but here.
this place is fully remodeled with new 43inch tv , new carpet new furniture , new beds and reasonable rate

If I could give zero stars I'd do that! Two words....bed bugs!!!!! Saw a big bug at the beginning of the night, had no idea it was a bed bug full of my own blood already bc I've never seen a bed bug before. Later I killed a cockroach on the bed. At this point I was laying on top of the covers bc I was unnerved about the bugs I'd already seen. Finally dozed off for about 45 minutes and woke up to about 10 bed bugs on the white covers trying to have their dinner......ME! Needles's to say I had to get out of there. Don't do it!
Constant screaming, arguing and cussing with management and other Tennant's all hours of the night. One star for the cleaniness of the room however it's very outdated and run down holes in walls and neglected cosmetically. The owners are very nice but the people that live here full time are not good people.
This place is ok if your on a tight budget and not staying past a night are if your a local and have nowhere else to go.
