I wish there was an option to rate 10 stars! I will never buy from any place other than Russell Barnett! My husband and I purchased a vehicle last year from them and had the greatest experience. It's time for an upgrade with our other vehicle and decided to give Charles Higgins a call! We live in Maryville in East TN (I'm from Manchester/Tullahoma and still have all of my family there!) and he was able to make this process as easy and care free as possible all over the phone. He was able to find the perfect vehicle for us, with affordable payments and even arranged for the new car to be brought all the way to Maryville for me AND picked up my old car! I am amazed at how nice this whole process was and would recommend everyone calling him when it's time for a new car. Everyone at Russell Barnett is wonderful!
