Buying a car usually is not the best experience. A lot of back and forth with the sales team to get the right deal that makes sense and time spent at the dealership. Not this time at Russell Barnett Ford in Winchester. We had the deal worked out by text before going to the dealership. We arrived at the dealership, with Charles waiting on us, took a test drive to make sure it was the car for us and signed the papers. We were out the door within 30 minutes. I also had a trade-in that they looked at and agreed to. This was by far the best experience I have had at a dealership.
