This is the very first negative public notice i have ever written about anything.
Went in for an oil change and they found 2 recalls that were pending on my 2015 3500. Which will be taken care of this week.
The people in the Service dept were very helpful and easy to talk to.
Do not buy a used vehicle here! They have the worst customer service possible. The title was not filled out correctly and I was told that was my problem now and hung up on several times. I ended up having to call the bmv in Tennessee to get the issue resolved. The jeep was filthy and had a packed air filter that needed changed as soon as I got it. The brake lights/abs lights come on all the time and won't stay on cruise. It is currently in the shop for the third time since I bought it one month ago. It has electrical issues that cannot be tracked.I also live out of town and this was the biggest mistake I have ever made.
My chief complaint with the dealer is they sold me an extended 100,000/ 7 year warranty for $3600, i was under the impression it was a dodge factory warranty, it was not, it is a third party warranty designed for fleet truck owners I could of purchased the dodge factory warranty for $2600, less money better coverage, more dealers for service. Moral of that story is you cant trust anyone these days. I traded in a nice 2012 Toyota sequoia, once i got home i found three door clickers and keys, as you know these are expensive to replace for newer vehicles. i packaged them up and mailed them at my expense trying to do the right thing. After i got the truck home i noticed five lug nuts on left front tire that were damaged. I took a picture and asked if they would send me new ones and i would install them, i did not do the damage. You guessed it, they will not, they will not respond to emails, or phone calls.

Purchased a 2017 RAM 2500 Laramie Truck, retail price over $67,000. Truck had 2200 miles driven by manager and being fair they gave me a good discount and a fair trade in allowance on my Toyota. I had the truck less than a week and the check engine light showed transmission issue, ( Barnett conveniently forgot to mention that) I live out of town so I took it to two different Ram dealerships each keeping it for two and three days in order to get it repaired, its still not shifting exactly right but i am happy with it for now.
They kept my car and drove it all over town and still couldn't find out what was wrong. They "forgot' to do some of the service I requested; charged me a lot more for the oil change then the board said it would cost; wanted to sell me a lot of stuff I didn't ask for. I finally took it to Jackson Automotive and they found and fixed everything and Walmart charged me half of what Barnett said it would cost for the battery. I will never use Russell Barnett's service department again!!
