Michael & Ron are the best!! They always provide 10 out of 10 service. I am looking to purchase a new truck and potentially a new car this year and even though I live in Chattanooga, there is no question that I will purchase from Russel Barnett because of the confidence I have in their service work & customer service. They provide my family with a sense of safety and there is no price for that feeling. On the plus side, the pricing is reasonable! I know that they will only recommend the service work I truly need. For a family on a budget, that is important!

While traveling north on a Friday afternoon our air-conditioning stopped working. The next morning (Saturday) I met with the service manager and was told they would have us on the road that afternoon, while business hours we're only til two they stayed until four to get us back on our way.
